ZEUS os X self Portrait

On November 2006 i had the think to give a Mac os X style looking view for the Windows Vista, making an os X STYLE visual style (msstyle).

So i had first start with Vista RC1 and on January 2007 with Vista RTM.

There were (and also today exist) huge difficulties for exploring images position and construction of code and hex editing.

The problem is that we do not have any important information about the construction of the vista visual style because microsoft dont give, thats the reason i believe that there is no serious editor for Windows Vista visual style (msstyle). So i had to find the positions and the using of all images included in the visual style (also in other system files like explorer.exe, browseui.dll , oobefldr.dll etc) using freeware program ResHacker and to make experiments to variant code of the visual style using freeware program Tiny Hexer.

There is an interesting person from Japan who using the name Psycob and had given a lot of informations for changing the code of the Vista visual style, and another person from United Kingdom who using the name UkIntel (Terry j Springham) who organised the information of findings to some tutorial.

I am from Hellas (=Greece) and i am using the names Idas, and ZEUSosX (Pavlos Pitselas)
